The floor plan is subject to change. Please use it to provide us with your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of booth location. Your location is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from the Vancouver Fall Home Show.


Exhibit space is available in a range of sizes and configurations starting at 10'x10'. 
The investment is $21.49 per square foot for exhibit space. 

Premium space is available: 
$250 per corner
$250 for a perimeter location
$800 for a centre aisle location
$1,000 for an island location
$150 for direct sell companies 
$100 for marketing of all new exhibitors

An additional $169 is also part of your space agreement for your Exhibitor Listing online, in the Show Guide and high speed wifi access. 

Your investment includes:

Five exhibitor badges for 100 square feet (two extra for each additional 100 sq ft)
On-site material handling including forklift time and storage
Pre-show promotional material

Major advertising and promotional campaign (TV, radio, print, online)
Professional show management by Marketplace Events LLC.

Each exhibitor must provide their own professional display including floor covering, lighting, tables/chairs. Hard walls are optional as we provide 8 foot pipe and drape (black).  Rental options for all of these items are available in our Exhibitor Kit.

Additional lighting for your display is highly recommended and floor covering is mandatory for this event. Hard wall will be optional in many locations throughout the show, although it is strongly recommended.  We encourage all our exhibitors to put their best foot forward and make their display professional and reflective of their business.  Remember, you only have 3 seconds to make an impression!
