How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at The Vancouver Convention Centre - West Building using cash, debit or credit card. Or jump the lines and save by purchasing tickets in advance on our website here.

When you purchase a ticket is it valid for the whole show?
Tickets purchased for the Vancouver Fall Home Show are only valid for one day. If you would like to enjoy the show for another day, you can visit the Help Desk and ask for a re-entry pass when you are leaving the show.
Does one ticket give me unlimited access to the show?
Yes, including our stages with celebrity appearances!
What are the restrictions on the senior citizen tickets (days, time restrictions, online purchasing)?
The Senior (60+) discount cannot be combined with any other offers (such as 2 for 1, or promotional codes). The price of $11 when purchasing online ($5 off regular price) is valid at all times. We do offer $6 tickets before 6pm for Seniors on Friday, October 30th, 2020.
Where should I park? How much does it cost? Is there a discount from the show?
There is ample parking located around the Vancouver Convention Centre. Visit their website for a complete list of parking options: http://www.vancouverconventioncentre.com/thecity/getting-here/#parking. Sadly, the Vancouver Fall Home Show is not able to offer a discount on parking since we do not control the parking lots.
I am looking for an exhibitor but cannot remember their name. How do I locate them?

Is there a coat check available in the building?
Yes, there is coat check available by donation to The Variety Children's Charity.
Are food and drinks available at the venue?
Yes! Visit the lounge located near the stages for some light refreshments. Lot185 Cafe + Wine Bar also operates within the facility.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Vancouver Convention Centre - West Building is fully accessible. If you have any questions or require help, don't hesitate to ask a staff member. Please note The Vancouver Fall Home Show does not have wheelchairs or scooters for rent.
No. We do not allow dogs at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.
