The Vancouver Fall Home Show, in order to ensure a minimal footprint, does not print and mail the Exhibitor Kit. All of the forms, links, and information you need is posted below.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

ALL POWER ORDERS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE VANCOUVER CONVENTION CENTRE EXHIBITOR SERVICES DIRECTLY.   

For safety reasons during move-in/move-out, children under 16 years of age are prohibited in the building (this includes infants). This precaution is taken as there are vehicles operating in the stadium, including forklifts and machinery, that are dangerous to the inexperienced. 

NO Smoking is permitted on the load in bays or off of Waterfront Road. If you wish to smoke, you must go to the upstairs street level exits to do so.

Free wifi will be available for casual use under the SSID: Vancouver Home Show 2021. No password is required to connect.

Exhibitor Badges

*Please note badges can be picked up during move in at the show office (located in Hall C), and at the box office once the show is open.

All exhibitors need to display their badge on show days to gain admittance to the show floor. 

Exhibitors are given an allotted amount of badges to their booth based on square footage (see chart below). No forms or lists of names are needed as the badges are generic. If the number of badges needed for your staff does not exceed the amount shown below, then simply have your staff check in at the Exhibitor Help Desk during or before the show to receive their badge. If you require more than the allotted amount, please fill out the Extra Badge Form and send it shannonno@mpeshows.com

Please note that badges do not display exhibitor or company names on them but are dicut in the size of a standard business card for you to insert.

0 - 100 square feet = 5 free badges 
150 - 200 square feet = 7 free badges
250 - 300 square feet = 9 free badges
350 - 400 square feet = 11 free badges

*Each additional 100 square feet gets an additional 2 badges.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BADGES IN YOUR BOOTH as you need them to gain access to the show floor. Replacement badges are $9 each if lost, left at home, left in booth, a dog ate them etc.

Online Ordering is available 24 hours a day and exhibitors will immediately receive a confirmation and payment receipt. We highly encourage exhibitors to take advantage of the advanced ordering rate stated on the attached exhibitor form for the best possible prices on their services.

As a reminder, safety vests are required on-site during move-in. Exhibitors can pre-order the safety vests through the VCC Online ordering portal and claim it at the service desk upon arrival on-site.

Onsite
We are proud to announce that our Exhibit Services Office is now open in the West Exhibition Halls. All exhibits taking place in the West Exhibition Halls will now have a centralized Exhibit Services Office available for on-site ordering. The Exhibit Services Office is located at the South end of Exhibit Hall B. Access points are available from both the inside of the Exhibition Halls and the Exhibition Hall Lobby.

For on-site ordering and exhibitor support, we will set up our mobile Service Desk during the event move in.

Shipping Information

Please note that every event at the Vancouver Convention Centre has an official move-in date.  The Vancouver Convention Centre is unable to store exhibitor freight prior to any event due to the limited storage facilities. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of exhibitor freight that arrives at the facility prior to the appropriate move-in date.  Please consult with your Event Management Company if you require more details regarding move-in dates or official freight storage.  Also feel free to contact the Vancouver Convention Centre and ask to speak with your Event Manager.

Please be advised that we will no longer be offering complimentary safety vests during the event move-in due to updated health and safety regulations. For exhibitors that do not own a personal safety vest, safety vests are available for purchase on our online ordering platform and will be stored at the Service Desk/Exhibit Services Office for pickup during event move-in. Alternatively, we have vending machines available throughout the Vancouver Convention Centre offering safety vests for purchase. The vending machines are located at the West Loading Bays and East Delegate Concourse.

Show Insurance

Proof of trade show insurance in mandatory for our shows. Coverage dates must include Move In and Move Out. Liability requirements are $2,000,000 and we require a copy of your policy sent to Shannon Novak to keep on file before October 1, 2021.

Food Sampling 

Any exhibitor sampling food or beverage products must complete the application form below. As per Vancouver Coastal Health, certain food and beverage exhibitors may need to rent equipment such as sinks or a washing station from the venue, depending on the type of food being handled.
