Company Description:
Our Yeshi story begins in 2017 with the husband and wife team of Paul and Barbara Kleinschmidt from Mill Bay BC. Paul became aware that he had a severe gluten intolerance but rather than it affecting his gut health it heavily affected his mental health. After doing a ton of research Paul swore off gluten. Barbara then developed a delicious gluten free dressing, and then Yeshi was born.Yeshi was born out of love and our mission is to continue to share gluten free deliciousness with the world! After tasting the dressing, Paul knew that they had something special, so they amped up production and bought a table at the James Bay Farmers Market during the summer of 2017. After selling out constantly and feeling extremely inspired, Paul and Barbara spent $2,500 to convert their garage into a commercial kitchen.
After years of doing everything themselves, Paul and Barbara eventually moved into a bigger production facility, brought on a team of Yeshi fans to focus on growth of the brand and as of 2024, we are now in over 1,200 retailers Canada wide. We have not entered the US market and are looking to grow our presence!
