WorkSafeBC is a provincial agency dedicated to promoting safe and healthy workplaces across B.C. We partner with workers and employers to save lives and prevent work-related injury, disease, and disability. Our services include education, prevention, compensation and support for injured workers, and no-fault insurance to protect employers and workers.

At the Vancouver Fall Home Show, we will be engaging with homeowners on the topic of asbestos and the risks associated with asbestos exposure. Anyone who repairs, renovates, or demolishes older buildings in B.C. is at risk of inhaling asbestos fibres which can cause serious long-term health issues. Find our booth to learn more.
