Although Ardillas United first broke internet ground in 2014, its story has been 20 years in the making. Like all good friendships, the one between founders Kora and Karolina is grounded in their similarities. Originally from Poland, both immigrated to Canada, where they met in 1994. They soon discovered that they were both avid animal lovers, and shared an interest in music and fashion. As they grew up, they both developed a passion for wine, reality TV, and travel. Already closer than sisters, the two officially became family when Karolina married Kora's brother in 2000.
